About the Trainer
Irmak Başoğlu, with 17 years of professional experience, is the founder of Empathos Academy and an executive coach. She designs customized training programs for organizations and delivers them through experiential methods, leveraging the power of art.
Her sessions, enriched with theatrical plays, improvisation, drama, Logotherapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), and coaching techniques, aim to shape the future of individuals and organizations.
Irmak holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is an EMCC Practitioner Coach. She continues to specialize in Transactional Analysis, accredited with the Transactional Analysis Professional Development Award (TAPDA). Her training programs focus on enhancing individual awareness and fostering lasting transformations in the business world, significantly contributing to personal competency and skill development.
