COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS EMPOWERED THROUGH KEY TRAININGS

In 2024, nearly 1,000 young people from 43 TOG Communities enhanced their skills in areas such as project development, fundraising, volunteering, and teamwork through 36 Key Trainings. These trainings prepared them to create projects that add value to society.

Key Trainings not only equip young people for sustainable social responsibility projects but also strengthen their understanding of community volunteering. Through these programs, participants experience personal growth while leading meaningful changes at the local level.
