About the Trainer
After graduating from Ankara University with a degree in International Relations and Sciences Po Lyon, Büşranur Tenik Özdemir completed her master’s degree in Human Rights Law at Istanbul Bilgi University, writing her thesis on urban participation.
With nearly nine years of experience, first as a volunteer and later as a professional, she has worked in various fields with civil society organizations both in Turkey and abroad, managing numerous international projects. Since 2019, she has focused on strategy and business development for impact-driven ventures and led the establishment and coordination of a Social Innovation Lab at a social entrepreneurship center.
In addition to providing coaching for change and business development mentorship within projects, she continues to deliver workshops and training sessions. Currently, she works as the Entrepreneurship Programs Lead at İmece.
She is also pursuing her PhD in Political Science and International Relations at Bahçeşehir University. Accredited as a Change Management Professional by Prosci, she offers consultancy for change projects in the context of institutional capacity development.
