The "On Our Own Path" Project, which we have implemented in cooperation with Elidor; We aim to empower university female students. Within the scope of the project, which is inspired by the result of the research conducted by Elidor nationwide, '6 out of 10 young women think that there are obstacles in front of them on the way to their dreams', we offer scholarships to 200 university female students throughout their education, free personal development programs prepared by the International Center for Research on Women (Icrw) and discounted access to Udemy training content.
7 Personal Development Training programs were uploaded to the project's dedicated website and made accessible to everyone. Through the website, young women are inspired by the narrations of Zeynep Bastık, Ebrar Karakurt and Aleyna Hadımoğlu.
