The Youth Employment Support Scheme (YESS Academy) project was an initiative carried out between November 2020 and November 2021 by communities such as the İstanbul Working Group, Uludağ TOG, Manisa Celal Bayar TOG, and İTÜ TOG. The project aimed to enhance the competencies of community volunteer youth in both professional and social life, making them more visible in the job market. Its core objectives included introducing 21st-century skills, creating practical application opportunities, and supporting young people in their career planning. Through competency development training, mentorship, and internship programs, the project aimed to equip young individuals with the necessary skills to succeed in the employment process.
