Volunteerism and Social Responsibility Training
Purpose of the Training
The aim is to instill the value of volunteerism and social responsibility in young people while raising awareness and understanding in these areas. By highlighting the personal and social benefits of volunteerism, it seeks to guide young people towards volunteer work that aligns with their skills and interests. This training will cover the roles one can undertake as a volunteer and the positive effects these roles can have on personal development.
Importance of the Training
This training helps young people understand themselves, develop sensitivity towards social issues, and strengthen their empathy and communication skills through volunteerism. Volunteerism supports personal identity development by allowing young people to discover their values, interests, and abilities.
