We Welcome Our New General Manager, Seçkin Karataş!

We believe that together with Seçkin Karataş, who has been contributing to the foundation’s work as a volunteer since 2003, we will accomplish many projects that create social impact.

The new General Manager of the Community Volunteers Foundation, Seçkin Karataş, graduated from Marmara University’s Economics Department and later completed the Executive MBA program at Boğaziçi University. Karataş first encountered the Community Volunteers Foundation in 2003 and participated as a volunteer in various projects under TOG during his university years, contributing to social benefit.

Seçkin Karataş started his career in 2006 in the marketing department at L'Oréal, where he held positions as Brand Manager in different categories. Between 2011 and 2017, he worked at Pladis as the Godiva MENA and Godiva Global Marketing Leader. He then served as CFO Business Assistant at Yıldız Holding. Between 2018 and 2024, Seçkin provided consultancy to companies in various sectors under AON and ACM Agile, leading many organizations through their transformation journeys and serving as an agile coach. As of 2024, he has been offering executive coaching and mentorship under Mentor Leadership Consulting while also providing consultancy and coaching services to corporate companies. Actively involved in education, Seçkin Karataş teaches the undergraduate course "Journey from Campus to Career" in the Business and Economics Department at Boğaziçi University, supporting young people in preparing for professional life.
